Urban gem in GTC

Much appreciated! Not a normal shot of a large city with boring commieblocks, or its dense and dilapidated old town; nor does it show the ugly side of this indeed ugly city. It is so elegant and functional. There are no people using the escalators--- I love it. Guess the city! No country guesses allowed. (metro pop. >1,000,000) >
