Guess the Rivers: The Second Coming

For those of you who remember the first Guess the Rivers, this will be pretty familiar. Otherwise, I believe you are screwed. Btw, I'm only doing this cause you guys are taking so damn long to get GtD 13. Some rules . . . 1.) Guess a country, continent, state, city, or whatever the hell you want for any of them.
