Guess the Distance 16

Well, FJP is pretty much running away with this series. Anyone wish to challenge him? --==Procedure==-- 1.) Name a city, any city, as long as it is big enough to show up in my Atlas. 2.) I will tell you the distance from the city you named to the city you're trying to get. 3.) By narrowing down the distances, you can eventually name the right city. 4.) When you guess the city, say the city's name and show a picture of it. Points will not be awarded if there is no picture. 5.) You may ask for a hint at the cost of 2 points from your score (and yes, you can hit negatives). --==Scoring==-- 1.) A correct city guess w/ displayed picture will result in 3 points. 2.) If the city is gotten on the first page, or on any page after the 5th, the result will be 5 points instead. 3.) A hint costs -2 points, so use sparangly and wisely. 4.) Breaking a rule is -1 point, so watch out and learn discipline. --==Rules==-- 1.) You may only name one city per post. You may post another city, however, but exempt your first guess in doing so. 2.) No profanity, spamming, or gloating. Please be as gentleman/lady-like as you can. 3.) Do not use google, google images, any range/distance programs, or anything cheap to win. A simple map or atlas will do, for example. 4.) Distances will be given in kilometers only! Sorry fellow Americans. 5.)
