Guess my city for fun and new knowledges

This city has population about 100.000 so it could be difficult 4 U to guess. In 1918-1919 it was a capital city of independent province. The hill over the city is very famous and appreciated by architects, and it is an important sportscentre for winter sports and challenges. GL.
